Senior Management Team
Mr. Robert W. "Bill" Rose has more than 25 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry. After starting his career as a roustabout/trainee, Bill held numerous on and offshore technical, operational, and managerial roles. While living in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the US , he held Business Unit and executive positions, most recently as Vice President - Worldwide Operations with Noble Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, has completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School, and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Bill is a past officer and director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Mr. Michael “Mike” F. Pope has over 20 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry. After starting his oil industry career in Contracts Administration with Smedvig Offshore, Mike held several contracts, marketing and managerial roles. Most recently he served with Noble Drilling as Manager of Marketing and Contracts. He holds a Business Administration Degree with a concentration in marketing and business management.
Michael Cadigan, Vice President of HSE for Premium Drilling, has more than 10 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry. From 1995-2005, Mr. Cadigan worked for Noble Corporation in various risk, safety, quality and HSE positions, with work assignments in the U.K., Canada and the United States. Prior to joining Premium, his most recent assignment was the world-wide Manager of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality for Noble Corporation. Mr. Cadigan is an active member in the International Association of Drilling Contractors and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). In 1996 he graduated from Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting.
Mr. Anirudha "Sunil" Pangarkar joins Premium with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. After starting his career as an Engineer Trainee with Sedco Forex, Sunil held numerous positions in Operations, Technical, Marketing and Training functions living in Europe, Africa, North and South America, Asia and the Middle East. He was responsible for turning around a NExT a Schlumberger JV with Universities. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Schlumberger Drilling Services responsible for their world-wide drilling operations. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University, India and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Mr. Bradshaw has more than 25 years of experience in the marine and transportation services industry. He has held senior management positions with Kirby Corporation and Skaugen PetroTrans, Inc. as well as managing a logistics consulting practice. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri, as well as an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Sonny Ong has more than 25 years of experience in the offshore industry and was most recently the Operations Controller with Noble Corporation. During his career at Noble, he was involved in the global supply chain and was responsible for the functional areas of their accounting system. Sonny started his career in the offshore drilling industry as an Administrator for Western Oceanic and worked in their overseas locations in Asia, Africa and Scotland. While with Western Oceanic in the United States, he held the positions of Administrative Manager and Manager of Accounting. He holds a Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
