Jan B. Usland (chairman)
Mr. Usland is Director - Offshore Business Development in Awilco. He holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from NTNU (Norway) and enjoys more than 20 years of experience within the offshore oil & gas industry primarily from management, business development and technical positions with floating production and drilling contractors. He previously held the position as Senior Vice President - Floating Production with Northern Offshore ASA.

Thor Alexander Krafft
Mr. Krafft is Senior Vice President Offshore in Awilco, and has more than 35 years of international experience from shipping and the oil and gas offshore industry. Prior to joining Awilco, Mr Krafft has worked for Esso, Gotaas Larsen/Golar Nor Offshore and Arne Blystad Rederi. He holds an MBA from University of Wisconsin,USA.

Arnstein Hernes
Mr. Hernes is CFO of Awilco Offshore ASA.  He holds a MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain, and has more than 20 years extensive experience within the oil industry. Mr. Hernes has previously worked for ELF, Norsk Hydro, and Kverneland ASA both in Norway and France. Prior to joining Awilco Mr. Hernes was employed by ENI Norway.

Tom Mikkelsen
Tom Mikkelsen is Project Manager for Deep Drilling Invest's construction program. He holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Tom Mikkelsen has more than 20 years experience in the offshore industry, 4 years as technical director in Northern Offshore and14 years in senior technical and operational positions at Wilrig and Wilh. Wilhelmesen, mainly as project manager for newbuilding, conversions and upgrade projects.

P Venkateswaran
P. Venkateswaran has been Director of Operations of Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd. since August 1, 2001. Mr. Venkateswaran served as Deputy Managing Director of Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd. since February 12, 2007. Mr. Venkateswaran served as Project Manager of Aban Constructions. He has over 33 years of experience in operations. He serves as an Executive Director of Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd. He holds a B.Tech. degree. He is a graduate in Technology from Indian ... Institute of Technology, Madras.

C.P. Gopalkrishnan
C. P. Gopalkrishnan has been Director of Finance of Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd. since August 1, 2001 and has been its Deputy Managing Director since February 12, 2007. Mr. Gopalkrishnan serves as Secretary and Compliance Officer of Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd. Mr. Gopalkrishnan serves as Director of Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant and Associate Company Secretary. Mr. Gopalkrishnan holds B.Com and LLB Degrees.
