Premium Drilling has developed a systematic integrated approach to HSE management designed to ensure compliance with the law and to achieve continuous improvement of business performance.

Focusing on critical activities, Premium's management system facilitates the control of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) hazards and effects associated with the core business of the organization. This includes the organizational structure, planning activities, responsibilities, standards, documentation and resources for developing, implementing, achieving, reviewing and maintaining the organization's HSE Policy and meeting its stated objectives.

Premium Drilling's Management System is our integrated approach to managing the activities related to safety, health, environment and quality of service. The overall structure and scope of the system has been established to reflect Premium's core business of contract drilling, which is composed of 9 Elements and 86 Expectations.  The majority of Premium's management system will be governed by the corporate umbrella entailing detailed policies and procedures.  Regional and rig specific documentation make up the balance of the system governing processes where risks have been identified.
